Paper art, or 'zhizha,' is a part of traditional Chinese culture, often used in rituals and ceremonies. While it's primarily known as a funerary offering, zhizha also represents intricate craftsmanship and cultural heritage. However, due to its association with death, many people fear zhizha, leading to its decline. As a designer and a visionary thinker, I’ve been contemplating ways to preserve this cultural art form in the digital world. This led me to create a virtual space to explore the potential of zhizha in a 3D environment.
